About Me.
I got into filmmaking almost by accident.
A friend of mine needed a music video but didn’t have the budget to hire someone, so I borrowed his camera, watched a few tutorials, and we drove around finding interesting places to film.
When I finished it, I remember looking at the video and thinking, “I can’t believe I made this.”
That feeling is what kept me going.
Since then, cameras have taken me further than I ever expected, from nationally televised work and award-winning documentaries to projects overseas. But the part I care about most hasn’t really changed.
I still want to make something I’m proud of.
I’m naturally calm, quiet, and observant. When I’m working, I pay attention to energy, emotion, details, and the things happening around the obvious moment.
That’s what I love about cameras. They can make a moment last, or show you something that was right in front of you in a way you didn’t notice the first time.
Whether I’m working with a person, a product, or a brand, I try to keep the process simple: understand what we’re trying to create, pay attention, and make something worth putting my name on.
